We loved being back again at Bertie Church. This church has a special place in our Pappy’s heart, as it was the place of gathering for him and his family.

It was a pleasure to minister to this congregation, who warmly received our bluegrass gospel selections and treated us to a delicious summer picnic in the meadow behind the church.

It was an added treat to visit Aunt Liz and Uncle Keith’s farm. We their fellowship, watching their chickens, and feeding the catfish.

We want to thank Coby, Claude, and Pastor Andrew for extending the invitation for us to come again this year.
